Well folks, here we are in November already! I have your new bookmarks printed & ready to go. We want to focus on PLANNING AHEAD. I want you to mark the challenging days so you can mentally prepare ahead of time. This also helps you realize that most of the days will be "normal" days that you can still do your normal routine.
