Refreshing & sure to awaken the senses!!

1 serving Total cereal (3/4 C or 30 g) 1 Pt
1/2 C milk (1 Pt)
1 small frozen banana (when you have overripe bananas, break into pieces & stick into snack-size baggies & throw into the freezer) (1 Pt)

Place milk & frozen banana into blender or Magic Bullet until smooth - place Total in a LARGE bowl & pour liquid over. Mix it up - it's slushy goodness!!!

3 Pts, Serves 1

You can also add fresh blueberries if you've got them - just remember to add Points accordingly.
