Salads: WW CABBAGE SALAD - Thanks LeaderLaurie!
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 large apple, Granny Smith, grated
- 2 tbsp dry-roasted salted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt, Greek-variety recommended
- 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
Serving size is 1/2 cup
Each serving = 1 Weight Watchers Point
