1/4 cup crunchy high fiber low sugar cereal such as grapenuts, finely crushed
1/2 cup fat free cream cheese at room temperature
2 Tbsp honey
1 large egg white
1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder, plus more for garnish
4 Tbsp aerosol fat free whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350. Coat four 3" ramekins lightly with cooking spray. Spread cereal crumbs into even layers on bottoms. Set aside. Beat cream cheese and honey in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add egg white, yogurt and vanilla extract. Beat again until smooth. Turn mixer to low, spoon in cocoa. Spoon mixture into ramekins. Bake 12 minutes or until centers are set. Let cool 15 minutes. refrigerate at least 2 hours. Dust with cocoa. Add 1 Tbsp of whipped topping on each.

Makes 4 servings @ 1 Point each
