1/4 CUP PER SERVING; MAKES 4 CUPS

12 SLICES COOKED BACON
1 1/4 CUP FAT-FREE SOUR CREAM 

1/2 CUP FAT-FREE MAYONNAISE
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER 

1/2 TSP ONION POWDER 

1/8 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER 

1 CUP TOMATO(ES) 

2 CUP ICEBERG LETTUCE

PLACE THE ALREADY COOKED BACON (YOU CAN FIND THIS PRE-COOKED BACON AT ANY STORE) ON A MICROWAVE SAFE PLATE & MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 2-3 MINUTES TO CRISP UP. SET ASIDE TO COOL.

MIX TOGETHER SOUR CREAM, MAYO, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER AND CAYENNE IN A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL. COARSELY CRUMBLE IN THE BACON. STIR, COVER, & REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS.

RINSE, SEED, & FINELY CHOP THE TOMATO, SPRINKLING OVER THE DIP AS YOU CHOP. CHOP LETTUCE INTO BITE SIZE PIECES. SPRINKLE THE LETTUCE OVER THE TOMATO. JUST BEFORE SERVING, STIR THE LETTUCE AND TOMATO INTO THE DIP.
