Use one packet WW Vanilla smoothie mix, 1 1/2 cups water, 6-8 ice cubes and about 1 teaspoon of the chocolate or dark chocolate instant powdered fat free, sugar free pudding mix. It's around 1.5 Points as the only thing other than the Smoothie with Points is the little bit of pudding dry mix you use.

A great bargain for the low Points, one milk serving and 10 grams of protein!!!
