1 Box Weight Watchers Spanish Rice Sides

8 oz chicken breast

1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)

1 cup salsa (or more if you desire)

Prepare the WW sides as directed on the package. In the meantime, cook the chicken and cut into cubes. Add the black beans and salsa and heat through. Add the chicken mixture to the sides. Makes 2 servings.

Top each serving with 1-2 TBLS Fat Free Sour Cream.

Makes 3 heaping cups-- large servings
Each serving = 6 Points
