Breakfast: PANCAKES USING WW OATMEAL
Here are a couple recipes using the Weight Watchers oatmeal found in the meeting rooms. We have the new Blueberry flavor now - it's very good & I'm no oatmeal fan!! My manager loves the pancakes with the Maple Brown Sugar flavor, and I think it would be good with the Strawberry Oatmeal as well! Let me know if you try any of these & how you like them! A nice hot breakfast that's low-Points.

1 cup of WW Oatmeal and 1/2 cup of egg beaters or 3 egg whites. Spray non stick skillet/pan. Pour mix into pan to make 1 big or 2 medium pancakes. 1 serving = 3 Points

"I use the container of oatmeal, 1/4 cup egg beaters and 1 T of milk. Makes one big pancake. I usually use a tsp of oil for a total of 4 POINTS. Keeps me going all morning."

"I find that 2 egg whites and a teaspoon of water is plenty with the oatmeal cup for the pancakes. Three egg whites are not necessary."
