Salads: TUNA CUCUMBER SALAD - Kathy S.
8 oz whole wheat elbow macaroni
1 C fat-free Miracle Whip
1 cucumber (sliced into quarters)
2 (6 oz) cans tuna in water (drained)
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
red wine vinegar to taste (optional)

While preparing pasta as directed on package, slice cucumber. Combine Miracle Whip, tuna, cucumber and seasonings in large bowl. Drain cooked pasta & chill. Add pasta to tuna mixture and allow to chill in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
