4 boneless/skinless chicken breast (12 Pts)
1 bottle of Fat Free Italian dressing (approx. 6.5 Pts, check your brand though)
1 pack of the Cesar salad mix (it should have the dressing already in the
pack but you may want to use the FF Cesar dressing and mix it all together)
1 pack of wheat Pita bread (check package)

You take the breast and cut them up into bite sizes, cook them in the Italian dressing until it is all gone.
Put the Caesar salad in the pita bread and then the chicken mix.

Eat and enjoy!

This recipe only takes about 30 minutes to cook.
No I am sorry I don't have the nutritional info on it, but it's the bag of Caesar salad. I used the FF dressing I'm not sure but I think 1 serving of the salad is 1 point if you use the ff dressing. Depending on the pita bread it could be 1 or 2 points, the one I use is 1 point and the chicken is 1 point per ounce. The Pita bread I use is made with flax seed, and oat bran. It's good and I get it at Wal-Mart in the deli section.

I think if you fixed it using the ff dressing you could say maybe I sandwich is 5 points.
Ya, just a bag of Caesar lettuce and some ff dressing. I use about 3 servings per bag. On the pita bread I use 1 bread and cut it in half to make two sandwiches
