Smoothies: CHOCOLATE PINEAPPLE FREEZE - Thanks LeaderLaurie!
Back in the old days of Weight Watchers, we used to take a packet of Chocolate Alba and mix it with a half cup of crushed pineapple- and freeze. That would equal one serving of milk and one serving of fruit. (3 POINTS in today's system.) You could probably try this with one Weight Watchers Chocolate Smoothie and a half cup crushed pineapple for a 3 POINTS serving. Or- try my latest version.

Level of Difficulty: Easy

1 cup Canned Crushed Pineapple in Juice
2/3 cup non-fat instant dry powdered milk
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp date sugar OR 1 tsp sugar (optional)

In a food processor, mix all ingredients. Pour into a medium/large plastic plate, covered with a gallon size ziploc. Freeze overnight. (Recipe can be doubled- increase cocoa to 1 1/2 tsp.)
Use a knife to cut down the center to make two servings. Pop it out of the plastic plate and hold with a napkin, eating it like a fudgsicle. Another frozen favorite to take the place of ice cream.
