1 burrito = 4 points

1 medium low-fat tortilla (1 point kind)
2 slices extra-lean turkey bacon
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 slice fat-free cheese

Cook bacon. Set aside. Spray skillet with cooking spray and scramble egg substitute. Heat tortilla in microwave. Place cheese in center of tortilla, top with eggs and bacon. Roll up tortilla, place in microwave for 15-20 seconds.
