4 cups lettuce
1 cup grapes, seedless, halved
2 small apples, diced (Granny Smith preferred)
1/4 cup red onionS, diced
12-oz. cooked, skinless chicken breasts, cubed (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup Henri's Fat-Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Combine all ingredients, except blue cheese, walnuts and salad dressing, in a large bowl.
Place about 1 1/2 cups of salad mixture on each of 4 plates and top each with 1 tablespoon of blue cheese, 1 tablespoon of walnuts and 2 tablespoons of dressing.
Serves 4, 6 Points per serving
