1 LB. LEAN HAMBURGER

1 DICED ONION

2 CUPS TOMATO SAUCE

1/2 C. SALSA OR 1 CAN DICED TOMATOES

2 CUPS POLENTA (PREPARED)

1 CAN FF REFRIED BEANS

1 C. FF SHREDDED CHEESE

CUMIN AND CHILI POWDER TO TASTE

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY A 9 X 13 PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY.

2. BROWN HAMBURGER WITH ONION. ADD CUMIN, CHILI POWDER, TOMATO SAUCE, AND SALSA.

3. SPREAD POLENTA IN BOTTOM OF 9 X 13 PAN. TOP WITH REFRIED BEANS. THEN TOP WITH MEAT MIXTURE. SPRINKLE CHEESE ON TOP.

4. BAKE FOR 30 TO 45 MINUTES.

5. SERVE WITH FF SOUR CREAM, GUACAMOLE, SHREDDED LETTUCE, SALSA, ETC.
