Drain and rinse a can of black beans, drain a can of corn. Pour both into a pan, add enough fat-free salsa to loosen it up some. Stir it together, cover the top with cumin and stir it in. Heat it up and serve as 2 Point per cup side dish or as a warm dip with baked Tostitos scoops (extra points for Tostitos chips). Or, put it in a La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortilla -- the smaller one is 1 point -- add some fat free cheese and you have a burrito -- You'll only need about 1/4 cup of the bean mixture for each burrito.
