Main Dish: BEEF NOODLE BAKE - Thanks Janet!
Makes 6 servings @ 6 Points (figured on RecipeBuilder, e-tools)

1 lb 93% or 95% lean ground beef
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 C fat-free cottage cheese
1 C fat-free sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 C dried minced chives
8 oz egg noodles (whole wheat) cooked & drained
3/4 C shredded fat-free cheddar cheese

In skillet, cook beef & drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic & onion powders & pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, sour cream & chives; fold in noodles. In greased 3 quart baking dish, layer 1/2 of noodle mixture then meat; repeat layers. Cover & bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover & sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
