Main Dish: BROWN RICE PIZZA - Thanks Staff Site!
1 cup bottled spaghetti sauce (or tomato sauce)
2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup mushroom(s)
3 cup cooked brown rice, can use instant
2 egg
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup green pepper(s)
8 oz uncooked ground turkey breast (optional, 6.5 Points included in total)

Preheat oven to 450. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with olive oil cooking spray. In a bowl, combine rice, eggs, 1/4 cup mozz. cheese. Mix well to combine. Spread rice mixture evenly in pan. Bake for 20 minutes. In skillet, brown meat, onion and pepper and set aside. Combine tomato sauce and italian seasoning. Spread sauce over baked rice crust, top with meat mixture, then add the remaining 1/2 cup of mozz. cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 6 minutes.

*Can also add fresh or canned mushrooms and black olives

42 Points/whole pizza, 9 pieces at 4 Points each. If you use FF cheese it is CORE.
