18 oz. box butter pecan cake mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
14 oz. can FF sweetened condensed milk
12 1/4 oz. jar FF caramel ice cream topping
8 oz. FF cool whip
1 regular size Butterfinger, crushed

Using an electric mixer, combine cake mix, water, applesauce & eggs. Bake in 9x13 pan according to pkg. directions. Immediately after removing from oven poke holes all over the top of the cake using a wooden spoon. Pour milk over top of cake, letting it soak into holes. Pour caramel topping over top, letting it soak into holes. Let cool completely. Spread cool whip over top of cake. Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger over cool whip. Store in the refrigerator.
