28 OZ. CAN TOMATO SAUCE

2 C. COOKED BROWN RICE

2 C. GREEN PEPPER CHUNKS

2 C. BEEF BROTH

1/4 C. BROWN SUGAR

1 1/2 TSP. SALT

1/4 TSP. PEPPER


1. BROWN MEAT AND ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS.

2. BRING TO A BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. REDUCE TO SIMMER AND COOK FOR 45--60 MINUTES.

STIR OFTEN.
