Breakfast: SPAGHETTI SQUASH - Thanks Anna Marie!
I came up with a new idea for my dinner last evening.
I cooked a spaghetti squash (just put it in the microwave for about 10-20 mins until it was a softened)
I cut it in half lengthwise and took all the seeds out and used a fork to make my "spaghetti."
I placed half of it in my plate, put on some steamed broccoli (I used a bag of frozen broccoli), 2 teaspoons of
olive oil, 1/2 cup of pizza sauce and sprinkled it with parmesan cheese. It was really good and not too
many points (squash and broccoli 0, oil 2, pizza sauce 2 pts, a little cheese 0 or a total of 4)
It is a good one for CORE too.
