15 oz raw extra lean ground beef
1 cup cooked bulgur
1/2 cup Kraft Deli Deluxe Grated reduced-fat parmesan
2 tsp table salt
3 tsp black pepper
15 oz canned crushed tomatoes (large can)
3 medium green pepper(s)
3 tsp basil
Mix ground beef with cooled, cooked bulgur, parmesan, basil, salt & pepper. Mix to combine; divide into 3 equal parts and stuff into 3 green peppers. Pour tomatoes into slow cooker; add peppers and cover cook on high for 4-6 hours or until done.
To feed more people add 5 oz beef and 1/4 cup of bulgur for each person, 1/4 cup greated parmesan for every 2 people; season to taste with salt, pepper and basil. You can cook this on stove top on low flame for 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours.
