That's right, I said CORE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM!!! I found this
recipe on the ww website and tried it right away. Cold stone
creamery move over there is a new treat in town!
1-4oz package of SF/FF instant chocolate pudding mix
1-12oz can of FF evaporated milk
1 cup FF milk
In a medium bowl, stir together the pudding and Splenda.
Add the evaporated milk and ff milk and stir until blended.
Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manf.
Serves 4, CORE but still 4 Points per serving so be careful :)
Per serving 193 calories, 1 g fat, 2g
protein, 4g carbs, 0g fiber, 1mg cholesterol, 32mg sodium.
Exchanges 1/2 nonfat milk.
I suppose you could use any pudding but chocolate rocks.
