Soups: CHICKEN & WILD RICE SOUP
1 can roasted garlic chicken broth
1 can FF chicken broth
1 can 98% FF cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup wild rice
1 small can 98% FF white meat chicken
3/4 cup each chopped onion, carrot & celery
8 oz pkg sliced mushrooms sauteed until browned
1/4 cup fresh-minced parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
1 large bay leaf
2 oz lite Velveeta cheese

Place in crockpot on low for 3-6 hours.

Makes 7-8 cups; 1 cup = 1.5 points
