Soups: KNEPHLA SOUP
6 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
1 large carrot
1 stalk celery
1/4 cup chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
5 cups water
1 12 oz can evaporated skim milk

Dice & chop vegetables and boil in water with bouillon and parsley. Mash when tender; add milk.

Make knephla dumplings:

1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Drop by bits into boiling soup. Boil gently for about 10 minutes.

1 1/2 cups = 4 points
