3 c. Fiber One cereal
2 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Krusteaux FF blueberry muffin mix*
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen--thawed)
1 tsp. baking soda
Preheat the oven to 350. Soak the cereal in water in a large bowl. Add the muffin mix, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well with a mixer. Fold in the drained canned blueberries and the fresh or frozen berries. Grease 18 muffin cups. Bake for 30-35 minutes until they are brown on top and firm to the touch.
* You can substitute Krusteaux FF cranberry muffin mix and 1/4 c. orange craisins.
