2 14 1/2 cans golden hominy, drained
1 4oz can chopped green chili peppers, undrained
1 med. onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs cut into 1 inch pieces
1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatos
2 14 1/2 oz cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 Tbs fresh cilantro

Place all ingredients (except cilantro) in 4 or 5 qt crock pot. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hrs or on high setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. serve w/cil ffsc
