2 serving Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding, Prepared with Skim Milk, 1 Small box
1 cup Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
4 oz fat-free cream cheese softened
2 Tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
1 cup fat-free skim milk
3 muffin Weight Watchers Double chocolate muffin
1 serving powdered coco
Shred muffins into small pieces. Place in the bottom of 8 inch spring form pan and press to form crust. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Let cool.
Microwave peanut butter until soft and runny 5 seconds; let cool. Mix milk, cooled peanut butter and cream cheese until well blended. Fold in jello and let set up. Fold in cool whip and put in spring form pan. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or over night. Take a knife and run around the cake to release it from the sides then release the spring form pan and serve.
