Appetizers: SHRIMP DIP - Thanks Leader Moya!

Makes 16 servings

1 POINT per serving

1 1/2 lbs. (750 g) cooked shrimp, peeled and finely chopped

4 oz. (125 g) Light cream cheese, softened

Juice of 1 lemon

3 green onions, minced

1 cup (250 ml) fat-free mayonnaise

Splash Worcestershire sauce

Splash hot pepper sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. In a food processor, place shrimp and pulse several times to roughly chop. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, green onions and mayonnaise; pulse until well mixed but still chunky.

2. Season to taste with Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Chill for about 1 hour.
