3 cups fresh cauliflower
1 medium red onion
3 Tbsp real bacon bits
3/4 cup FF shredded cheddar cheese

Chop vegetables small and mix with bacon bits and cheese. Top with a dressing made of:

1/2 cup FF mayo
1/4 cup spoonable sugar substitute
1/4 cup cidar vinegar

Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour
