Main Dish: OVEN FRIED PORK CHOPS
4 lean center-cut pork chops, trimmed

Mix well:
2 Tbsp pineapple juice
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 large egg white - lightly beaten

Combine:
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
dash garlic powder

Dip chops in juice mixture and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place on sprayed broiler pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until tender, turning after 25 minutes.
Makes 4 servings, 5 points each
