1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/3 cup hot pepper sauce

1 Tbsp canola oil

1 tsp all-purpose flour

Grill chicken seasoned w/salt and pepper only, then cut into bite sized pieces. Set aside.In small pot take hot sauce and canola oil and put on low heat, add flour and whisk until combined. This will just take a minute. Then add chicken into pot and coat w/sauce.

Makes 4 Servings @ 4 Points each or Core if sub cornstarch for flour
