Appetizers: CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH - Thanks valley girl!
1 bag cranberries
1/2 C splenda
1 1/2 C boiling water
1 pkg. red sugar free jello
1/2 tsp. cimmamon
1 1/2 C cold water
1 can 11 oz. mandarin oranges,drained

PLACE cranberries in food processor and process til finely chopped. Place in a bowl and add splenda & mix well....set aside

STIR boiling water into gelatin and cinnamon. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate til thickened. Stir in cranberries and oranges. Spoon into mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

SF jello=0Pts.
Splenda=0 Pts.

If you use mandarin oranges in water or own juice=Core
Use an orange peeled and cut up=1 Pt and Core!!

Enjoy...I could eat the whole bowl myself,it is sooooo good!
