Cakes: LEMON CAKE - Julie Bickel - EXCELLENT CAKE!

1 box Pillsbury Lemon Cake mix
1/3 cup FF lemon or plain yogurt (she used plain)
3/4 cup egg substitute (she used 1/2 cup instead)
1 cup water

Combine above & beat til moist, then on high for 2 minutes. 9X13 sprayed pan, bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Poke holes on top w/fork...

Combine 1 small package lemon Jello, 1 cup boiling water til dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water & stir. SLOWLY pour over cake - CHILL!!

1 cup FF milk
1 pkg instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 pkg sugar-free lemon Jello

Beat til smooth, mix in 8 oz FF Cool Whip (you can use less Cool Whip for less points)


Cake mix = 48
Egg beaters 1/2 cup = 1
Yogurt = 1

Pudding = 2
Milk = 2
FF Cool Whip = 8

Total of 62, Julie cut cake into 24 pieces so about 2.5 points per piece!
