Main Dish: BURRITOS ALA BECKIE - Thanks Zig!
1 dozen flour tortillas, 1 Point each

30 oz can fat free refried beans

2 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup chili sauce

3/4 cup fat free sour cream

1 1/2 cup 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese, fat free if Core

Spread 3 Tbsp beans on middle of each tortilla. Top that with a sprinkling of cheese, sour cream and onions, then a tsp or two of chili sauce. Roll up burrito style. Warm in microwave and enjoy!

Makes 12 burritos @ 3 POINTS or Core + 1 POINT
