Serving Size : 16 (A serving is approximately 1 cup & 3 POINTS)
10 oz angel food cake
16 oz pineapple chunks in juice
20 oz cherry pie filling, light
2 pkg cherry Jell-O, dry
8 oz Cool Whip Lite
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine juice with additional water to equal 2 cups. Bring water mixture to a boil and use to prepare cherry Jell-O. Cool 15 minutes in refrigerator.
Cut angel food cake mix into chunks, approximately 1" in size. Put half of the chunks in trifle bowl (should hold about 12 cups of contents.) Layer the pineapple pieces, 1/2 of cherry pie filling, and 1/2 of Jell-O. Continue with the remainder of cake, pie filling, and Jell-O.
Top with Cool Whip. Chill before serving.
