1 lb lean ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1/4 c chopped or diced onion
1 c salsa

Brown ground beef, drain any excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients and heat through.

I serve this with baked tortilla chips and fat free or reduced fat cheddar cheese. It's really delicious.

1/2 cup = 3 pts

I think this would be great for superbowl or any game day. I eat for a meal and it really fills you up. Andrea J.
