I made this the original way (which was almost double the Points!) & it was awesome - below is the lightened version which I think would be just as good. I used real butter instead of Light Blue Bonnet & Jolly Time Crispy-N-White instead of a light popcorn, which raises the Points significantly. You could use Splenda instead of sugar or half sugar, half Splenda. If you use all Splenda you would save 10 Points on the whole recipe, which would lower to about 3 per serving.

24 cups light microwave popcorn - not buttered (2 regular-size bags)
4 Tbsp Light Blue Bonnet
3 Tbsp water
3/4 cup sugar (or Splenda - Splenda will lower Points, see above note)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Prepare popcorn in microwave according to package directions. Pour popcorn into 1 or 2 large bowls. (You will need plenty of room to toss with hot sugar mixture.)

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add water, sugar and cinnamon, increase the heat, and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Be careful; the sugar mixture is extremely hot! Pour half of mixture over the popcorn. Carefully stir or toss to combine. Add remaining sugar mixture and combine. Serve.
