4 points, Crust 4 points (if made with crust, 8 Points/piece total if cut into 6 pieces)
2 cups peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1/4 c. sugar plus 1/4 c. splenda
2 Tbl. Flour
1 c. Lite sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 - 9" pie shell made pie shell with recipe from new Best Ever Dessert cookbook
2 Tbsp. sugar plus 2 Tbsp Splenda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp I canít believe itís not butter
Place peaches in a 9" pie shell (unbaked). Mix sugar, flour, sour cream, eggs, vanilla and salt together. Pour over peaches. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 minutes longer. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of the pie. Bake 20 minutes longer at 325.
** I would suggest covering the edges of the pie crust.
