2 bar Weight Watchers Just 2 POINTS! Snack Bars Lemon dream
1 package Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Lemon pudding mix
1 1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
8 oz fat-free whipped topping
Mix sugar free lemon pudding into 1 1/2 cups cold skim milk, and blend 2 min. with whisk. Fold in 6 oz. of the fat free whipped topping.
Layer pudding mix with remaining whipped topping into 8 parfait glasses and 1/2 the crumbled Two Points Bars. Chill and serve, topping with the remaining whipped topping and crumbles just before serving.
Provides 1/4 cup of milk

You can use the bars as a pie crust & put them in a pie plate, or put the pudding in a pie plate & put crumbles on top.
Also try Mint Cookie Crisp Bars with chocolate pudding or Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars with chocolate or butterscotch pudding. Mo also said they are good with bananas or other fruit added!

"I used your recipe but used 4 Lemon Bars and microwaved for 30 seconds. Pressed into 9 inch pie pan that is sprayed. Then I mixed all other ingredients together. Used dry small pkg. of FF lemon jello and dry Knox Gelatin. Mixed all together and poured over the lemon bars. VVVVVVery GOOOOOOOD. VVVVVVery EEEEEasy. 8 servings, 2 Points each
From Shirley, Staff Site: "I made the pie this week with these changes: Two lemon bars (cut up - they wouldn't crush) Then added 1 cup low-fat graham crackers with 1 TBSP. butter substitute and mixed that with the bars (very good taste).
Used 3 oz. lemon jello and 1 pkg. gelatin - mixed with 1-1/2 c. boiling water (added 1 tbsp lemon juice to water for stonger flavor)
Added 3 ice cubes to cool mixture. Then added 1 tbsp lemon zest to lemon yogurt for more taste. With electric mixer, added yogurt to gelatin mixture, then added FF cool whip. A VERY GOOD PIE and the texture was perfect.
