I tried something new with the WW oatmeal. It is especially good with the Apple Cinnamon.

Mix 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp baking powder into 1 container of the oatmeal. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Pour into a ramekin and bake at 350 for 25 min. Top with Cool Whip Free or fat free or light vanilla ice cream.

It tastes just like th old Apple Brown Betty. Yummy!
WW Oatmeal is 2 Points per container or CORE and add Points for Cool Whip or light ice cream
