3 medium potatoes

1 large carrot (or more)

20 spears of asparagus

Chop everything into bite size pieces. Cut 3 sets of double-layered foil, and oil with 1 tsp of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) on each. Layer the potatoes on the bottom, sprinkle with kosher salt & black pepper. Cover with the carrots and asparagus. Wrap tightly. Place on the top shelf of your grill while cooking your favorite main course. Done to perfection in 30 minutes!
