20 oz can light cherry pie filling

14 oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk

8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, drained

1 Tbsp lemon juice

8oz contained frozen reduced calorie whipped topping, thawed

cooking spray

Combine first 4 ingredients; fold in whipped topping. Coat an 8" square pan with cooking spray and pour cherry mixture into prepared pan. Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight. Cut into rectangles.
