2 (8-ounce) packages fat free cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, seasoned salt, and onion. Stir in the Cheddar cheese, dates, raisins, cranberries and pecans, mixing well. Mold into a ball, and refrigerate until serving. Serve with sweet crackers, gingersnaps or apple slices or graham crackers.
This makes a big ball, so divide it in half if you desire. It freezes well.
