2 containers Weight Watchers Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 Egg or egg substitute
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Very small amount skim milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray generously with nonstick spray.
Mix together the Oatmeal, baking powder and egg; gradually add very small (less than 1 Tbsp.) skim milk to get the consistency of drop cookie dough.
Drop from spoon onto sprayed foil, making 10-12 cookies. Spray top of each cookie with nonstick spray. Bake 10-15 minutes, until edges begin to brown.
Now don't get me wrong, these are NOT like your granny's oatmeal cookies. No flour, no butter or shortening. BUT they are good and they are good for you too! And, unlike your granny's cookies, 2 of these have a Points value of 1, and they are Core!
