From Cream of Crop WW magazine:

3/4 lb diced ham
3/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 garlic clove minced
1 cup skim milk
1/4 Cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 green onions, chopped
2 cartons egg substitute (8 oz each)
6 slices wheat bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Combine ham, Italian seasong, garlic - set aside. Combine milk and next 6 ingredients in large bowl; stir with wisk until well-blended - add ham mixture and bread cubes - stir til well-blended - pour into 11 x 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray - cover and chill 8-12 hrs (overnight).

Preheat oven to 350
Bake uncovered 350 for 50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
