Smoothies: WW BREAKFAST LATTE - Thanks Trish!
1 cup black coffee
1 cup non-fat milk
1 packet WW Vanilla, Chocolate or White Chocolate Mocha Smoothie mix

Mix all ingredients well. Heat slowly in microwave or it will overflow. Enjoy!

This is a great recipe for those who don't want to eat or have a hard time eating breakfast. They can drink their breakfast! They'll get a 16 oz drink with 2 dairy servings (and 1000 mg calcium), 1 water, and it's only 3 points!
