1 (20 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple, in juice

1 (0.3 oz.) Box Lemon Sugar Free Jell-O

1 (0.3 oz.) Box Lime Sugar Free Jell-O

1 (8 oz.) Container Fat Free Cool Whip

2 Cups Low Fat Buttermilk

In a medium saucepan, heat pineapple (without draining) until it almost comes to a boil. Stir in both boxes of Jell-O until dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. In a separate larger bowl, combine the container of cool whip and buttermilk together. Place into the refrigerator while waiting on the pineapple mixture to cool. After the pineapple mixture has cooled, fold it into the cool whip mixture and place into the refrigerator to set up.

Serves: 11 (1/2 Cup Each) WWP: 2
