Smoothies: EGG NOG - Thanks Kathy S!
Makes 12 servings at 1 Point each

6 C skim milk
1/2 C egg substitute
1/2 C Splenda
Vanilla extract (to taste)
Rum extract (to taste)

Stir 5 C milk & egg substitute together & cook at low until slightly thick. Stir in Splenda, Vanilla & Rum extract to taste. When mixture has cooled, serve, adding remaining milk to thin to desired thickness.
