Makes 16 servings at 4 Points each or 12 servings at 5 Points

1 spice cake mix
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
2 egg whites
3/4 C water
2 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 package sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding
2 C skim milk
2 C fat-free whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9X12 pan w/cooking spray. Mix cake mix, pumpkin, egg whites, water, sour cream & pumpkin pie spice together. Blend with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan & bake 35 minutes or until done. Cool cake. Poke holes in cake with fork. Mix pudding mix with skim milk & immediately pour over cake (before pudding thickens). Frost with fat-free whipped topping. Chill & store in refrigerator.
