4 cups cut up Rhubarb

1 1/2 cups Splenda granulars

1 box frozen strawberries

1 small (.3 oz) box sugar free strawberry jello

Mix rhubarb and sugar together and let stand overnight. It will make a juice. Bring to boil for a few minutes. Add strawberries, boil again and add strawberry jello. Put into containers and freeze or put into jars and seal.

Entire recipe is 6 points.
